Using StarVideo™ on Windows
These steps should assist an end-user with the following issues:
- The StarVideo™ starlet displays a message to install Flash
- The StarVideo™ starlet displays a message connecting to server but never connects
The end result should resolve both these issues with the StarVideo™ application framework not connecting.
- Uninstall Flash via the Control Panel
- Install the version of flash located here - https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_18.104.22.1686_archive.zip
- Clear the Application Framework cache (Click here for How-To article)
- Reboot computer.
Note: Be sure to use Flash Player v20 or earlier.
