Setup your Agent Login Permissions with "Queue View"

This Permission level provides a User / Agent with a view into StarCenter activity.

  • Access to Individual Phone Settings
  • Access to Multi Queue Monitor
  • Access to StarCenter Reports

Agent "Queue View" Permissions

 

(Note) This access level does NOT allow the user to make configuration changes to the system.
