How do you set up call recording on a StarBox?

  • Access the relevant location in the Star2Star Web Portal
  • Select the PHONE SYSTEM CONFIGURATION / Advanced Settings for this location
  • When the location has been configured for call recording an option Recording Settings will be available
  • Select that option and check any extensions you wish to set for recording calls (Note) remember to click Save Changes at the bottom of the page and Save Changes to System when done
  • Recorded calls will now be visible for that extension user via the Star2Star Application Framework - StarScope 2 Activity Starlet as seen in the example image below
