Can the system be placed into Night Service mode from a button on a phone?

There is currently no Night Service button however system administrators can place the system into night service via the web portal.

  • In Additional Location Information set Enable Advanced Scheduling to Yes.
  • Create the desired Destination (Ring Group, Automated Attendant, etc.) for night service
  • In Incoming Call Routing / Scheduler modify the destination of the active schedule. The change takes effect moments after saving.
