•Wrap up time has a timer counting down to when the agent will be available
•Agent is shown as blue (in wrap up time) in all queues that they are a member of
•Away State has a timer showing how long the agent has been in an away state. If Agent Reason Codes have been implemented it will be displayed alongside the agent ID (see example below)
•The Multi-Queue Monitor is separated into three sections. Call Status and Agent Status will refresh every 2-3 seconds while Queue Status refreshes every 30-60 seconds.
