How do I turn on logging on my StarPhone to submit a Log File to Support?

1. Start the StarPhone application 


2. Touch the Settings option at the bottom right of any StarPhone screen (see example below)

3. Slide the Application Logging control to ON

  4. Click "Send Log File to Support"

     5. Email client appears. Click Send

 (Important Note) Submit the log file after completing the action requested by support
