Phone Numbers in Portal vs Framework - Updated Feature

This release involves two changes from the user's perspective when editing phone numbers under contact information:

- Users can now add a name to each number, such as "work", "home", "cell" etc.
- Users can click and drag on the numbers to change the order in which they appear.
 
The attached "Current display" is how it looks now, and "Updated display" is how it will look after this is deployed.
 
The same phone numbers appear in both the Portal and the Application Framework, so any changes saved in one will take effect in the other.
 
When a company administrator edits another user, the same changes apply to that form as well.
